Black’s Beach Belongs to the Public
Help maintain full public parking access for Black's. The La Jolla Farms community is taking great measures to discourage public access by covering the majority of curbs along La Jolla Farms Road in red ‘no parking’ paint.
Surfrider Foundation San Diego County Chapter is encouraging the La Jolla Traffic & Transportation Board to improve parking opportunities by removing much of this red paint while also increasing the parking time limit from 2 to 4 hours. These requests are both reasonable & aligned with the basic tenets of the California Coastal Act.
