Banning Intentional Balloon Release in Bradley Beach, NJ

The Jersey Shore Chapter wants Bradley Beach, NJ to ban the intentional release of balloons into the environment.

The Jersey Shore Chapter is urging the Mayor and Council of Bradley Beach, NJ to ban the intentional release of balloons. This simple ordinance is very similar to ones passed in towns in South Jersey and there is a $500 fine for offenders.  

On October 10th, the Bradley Beach Council passed ordinance 2017-26 banning the intentional release of balloons in the borough.
